We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated leader with a strong track record in Aboriginal policy and strategic cultural leadership, to shape the North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) Aboriginal health portfolio and positively influence and improve Aboriginal outcomes. This will include knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal family structure, culture and customs and their associated impact on the health journey of Aboriginal people and their communities.
We are seeking a candidate with exceptional communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated capability to effectively engage and establish partnership across a broad range of relevant stakeholders.
This is a Permanent Full-Time appointment at 76 hours per fortnight.
Eligibility to Apply: Pursuant of Section 50(d) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1984, the occupant of this position must be of Aboriginal descent.

In addition, the position represents the organisation at key forums and provides key insights and advice to the North Executive Team, NMHS Board and other senior leaders.
