Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented professional to join a large-scale project dedicated to transforming customer engagement through a modern, secure self-service portal

• 12 months contract
• Brisbane CBD, 2 days WFH/week
• $900-$1000 per day inclusive of super

In this role, you will act as the vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the final product isn't just functional, but truly aligns with user needs and strategic objectives.

The Role

As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end requirement lifecycle—from initial elicitation to supporting the final rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Elicit and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops and interviews to map out current processes and define future-state needs.
• Technical Translation: Convert complex business needs into clear, actionable specifications for design and development teams.
• Testing Support: Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution hits the mark.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, UX Designers, and Developers throughout the project lifecycle.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who balances technical proficiency with excellent interpersonal skills.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or similar portal technologies.
• Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to solve complex problems and analyse data effectively.
• Digital Expertise: Background in delivering digital platforms or customer-facing solutions.
• Tool Proficiency: High competency in Jira and Confluence.
• Process Mapping: Demonstrated experience in process modeling using tools like LucidChart, draw.io, or similar.
• Documentation: Ability to produce high-quality backlog artifacts, user stories, and wireframes.

Highly desirable

• Experience managing vendor relationships and external delivery partners.
