Green Light are looking for a BPM Consultant to join our project delivery team. Working on a large enterprise client, you will work on the chosen enterprise business process management system, with a strong focus on tool administration, governance, and process modelling standards. Experience working on enterprise integration projects is highly desirable.
This role does require an active AGSVA NV1 clearance at a minimum. Consultants that do not hold this minimum requirement will not be considered.
Responsibilities
- Gather project and process modelling requirements and engage all relevant stakeholders
- Administer and configure BPM tool, including repositories, access, and environments
- Establish and maintain process modelling standards, templates, and governance frameworks
- Maintain and govern the process model repository, ensuring quality, consistency, version control, and lifecycle management of artefacts
- Provide process modelling guidance and support to project teams, ensuring alignment to BPMN and enterprise standards
- Track, report, and manage process changes and improvements through controlled modelling artefacts
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and documentation for BPM tools
- Provide user support and enablement for stakeholders using the BPM platform
- Ensure that all projects, process and system requirements are delivered on time, within scope and within governance standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with enterprise business process management systems
- Demonstrated experience in BPM tool administration, configuration, and repository governance
- Strong experience in process modelling standards (BPMN), templates, and artefact management
- Experience providing tool guidance, support, and training to business and technical users
- Experience in enterprise integration (any technology, preferably microservice patterns)
- Understanding of data structures/databases and reporting
- Strong capacity and willingness to learn new technology/patterns rapidly
- Willingness to work in small cross functional teams, help wherever is needed
