Your new role

As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of multiple commercial construction projects from inception through to completion. You will oversee programme, budget, procurement, and stakeholder management while leading site and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction (Builder Side, not Client)
• Exposure to new-build projects across sectors such as retail, education, or healthcare
• Strong financial and programme management capability
• Exceptional stakeholder and team leadership skills
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction or related discipline
