About the role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Senior Manager, Group Strategy & Growth will play a key role in shaping and delivering the organisation’s strategic agenda. This is a high-impact role with broad exposure across the business, supporting both long-term growth strategy and key operational priorities.
Working as part of a high-performing team, you will partner with senior leaders on complex, high-profile initiatives that will directly influence the future direction of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Applying leading strategy frameworks to assess, develop, and execute strategic initiatives
- Supporting the design and delivery of the group’s growth strategy
- Leadership of a highly effective team
- Identifying and evaluating corporate development and strategic investment opportunities
- Providing strategic and commercial insight to support key business decisions
- Preparing high-quality recommendations, presentations, and board-level materials
- Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across the organisation
- Contributing to strategic projects that drive operational performance and long-term value creation
About you
To succeed in this role, you will bring strong strategy capability, leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to operate effectively in a high-calibre environment.
You will ideally bring:
- Experience from an MBB or top-tier strategy consulting firm
- Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- The ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders and the board
- A structured approach to solving complex business challenges
- Strong attention to detail and executive-level presentation capability
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy, industrials, or other asset-heavy sectors will be highly regarded
- An engineering background will be viewed favourably, but is not essential
