About the firm

CJY Legal is a full-service law firm specialising in family law, commercial litigation, property law, and wills & estates. Our team acts in parenting matters, property settlements, divorce, Binding Financial Agreements, contract disputes, debt recovery, conveyancing and leasing matters, and estate planning.

About The Role

You will work closely with our principal solicitor and assist with:

• legal research, drafting correspondence, court documents and agreements
• file management and client communications
• attending court/tribunal lists and assisting on hearing preparation
• assisting across our practice areas (family law, commercial litigation, property law, wills & estates)

Requirement

We Invite Applications From Graduates Who

• Are completing or have completed a law degree
• Are eligible for admission to practice in NSW, or will be eligible on completion of PLT/training
• Demonstrate strong legal research, writing and organisational skills
• Can work independently when required, yet collaborate effectively with the team
• Maintain high professional standards and a client-focused approach
