FP&A Analyst

An exciting opportunity has become available for an FP&A Analyst to join a global healthcare organisation with a strong reputation for innovation, quality and employee development.

This role will support the commercial finance function across budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business partnering, working closely with senior finance leaders and operational stakeholders across the business.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the FP&A / Commercial Finance team, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance analysis and management reporting. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, providing insights and partnering with the business to support better decision-making.

About the Role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, the key responsibilities include:

• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles
• Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis
• Provide commentary on financial performance, risks and opportunities
• Partner with key stakeholders across sales, operations and commercial teams
• Assist with financial modelling, scenario analysis and business cases
• Support month-end reporting and analysis
• Improve reporting processes, dashboards and planning tools
• Deliver insights to help drive commercial decision-making

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:

• CA / CPA qualified or working towards completion
• Experience in FP&A, management accounting, commercial analysis or finance business partnering
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Confident communicator with the ability to work with non-finance stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and analytical capability
