We are seeking Divers to join our Central Operations crew, supporting bath operations on our sites from Nubeena to Dover in Southeast Tasmania. What you’ll be doing
- Net inspections: Regular examination of fishing nets to ensure they are in good condition, including identifying and repairing any damages or weaknesses.
- Underwater repairs: Conducting repairs on equipment or structures beneath the water surface, including fish nets and other submerged infrastructure.
- Mooring checks: Inspecting and maintaining mooring systems to ensure they remain secure and withstand environmental conditions.
- General farm duties: Supporting overall farm operations such as feeding fish, maintaining equipment, cleaning, record-keeping, and other routine tasks.
What can you bring?
- Minimum Certificate III in Aquaculture Dive or an ADAS Part 2 SSBA to 30 metres Commercial Dive qualification (or Equivalent)
- Commitment to working in a marine farming environment
- Strong communication skills
- Coxswains Grade 2 ticket (desirable)
- Full working rights in Australia (must be able to work 80 hours per fortnight)
