We’re growing our team at our underground projects in New South Wales, and we are seeking skilled and experienced Supervisors and operators to join us.

The Roles

We’re filling seats for operators who know their stuff:

• Shift Supervisors
• Development Jumbo Operators
• Development and Tele-remote Loader Operators
• Shotfirers

What You Bring

• Proven underground experience
• Genuine zero-harm commitment – every shift, every task
• The ability to perform in a small, high-output crew

Shift Supervisors

• Proven commitment to looking after your crew while driving high standards and a strong safety culture
• Possess a NSW, or WA Underground Supervisor Certificate of Competency
• Possess a current NSW Security Clearance (or equivalent)

Jumbo Operators

• Experience using Sandvik DD422 and DD421 Jumbo (essential)
• Proven experience installing various ground support types
• Sound experience in jumbo development including decline, level and incline development
• Experience helping the Shift Boss coordinate the crew to get the job done and done safely

Loader Operators

• Experience operating Caterpillar R2900, R1700 or R1300 Loaders
• Experience operating RCT Tele-Remotes (desirable)
• Previous experience with high-speed development or tele-remote production bogging
• Sound experience coordinating trucking fleets

Shotfirers

• Experience using ANFO charging in underground mining
• Possess a NSW, QLD, or WA Shotfirers ticket
• Possess a current NSW Security Clearance (or equivalent)
