What’s the role?

We are seeking a Mammographer to join our Windsor clinic on a permanent full-time basis.

You will deliver both screening and diagnostic mammography in a modern, well-supported clinic. The role focuses on high-quality imaging, patient comfort, and safe, efficient service delivery.

You will work closely with Radiologists, Sonographers, Nurses and Admin staff in a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform screening and diagnostic mammography
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care
  • Support patients through sensitive procedures with reassurance and professionalism
  • Ensure high-quality imaging and diagnostic standards
  • Follow breast imaging protocols, QA and radiation safety requirements
  • Use digital mammography and RIS/PACS systems
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Support continuous improvement and best-practice care

Is this role right for you?

  • Experience in Mammography / Breast Imaging (screening & diagnostic)
  • Medical Imaging qualification and AHPRA registration (no restrictions)
  • Current Queensland Radiation Use Licence
  • Strong understanding of breast imaging protocols, QA and radiation safety
  • Excellent patient care skills in sensitive clinical settings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with RIS/PACS and digital mammography (desirable)
  • Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care and continuous learning
