Ray White Toowoomba is currently seeking a dedicated sales associate to work directly alongside our Sales Director, Wade Lockrey.

This position represents an entry-level professional pathway into the real estate industry, providing direct, structured mentorship designed to establish a highly successful operational foundation.

Unlike standard introductory support positions, this role focuses heavily on high-performance skill development and clear career milestones. This vacancy has risen as a direct result of our internal progression framework; our current sales associate is successfully transitioning into an independent salesperson role within the agency.

Key responsibilities

• Developing professional proficiency in client communication, property marketing, and the listing process under executive guidance.
• Build and manage client databases and property pipelines using advanced technology platforms.
• Assisting with open home operations and actively engaging with the Toowoomba community.
• Actively pursue lead generation and prospect for potential sales.

Candidate requirements

• A strong professional work ethic and a proactive approach to skill acquisition.
• Polished communication skills and meticulous attention to organisational detail.
• A current real estate registration certificate, or a commitment to obtaining qualifications immediately.

Previous industry experience is not a prerequisite. We prioritise individual integrity, strong professional alignment, and long-term career ambition.
