About the role
Working closely with a Paediatrician and multidisciplinary team, you will:
Deliver specialist paediatric care in community and outpatient settings
Lead early identification and intervention for developmental delay
Support families navigating neurodevelopmental conditions
Act as a clinical leader, mentor and advocate for best practice
Collaborate across services to improve access and continuity of care

About you
You are an experienced paediatric or child health nurse who thrives in rural practice and values connection, adaptability and clinical excellence.
Registered Nurse with AHPRA (or eligibility)
Strong background in paediatric/community child health
Confident working autonomously in regional settings
Skilled in cross-cultural communication, particularly with diverse communities
Passion for improving rural health outcomes
