Onsite Support Administrator

ManpowerGroup is a global leader in workforce solutions, and our Industrial team is seeking an organised and hands-on Onsite Support Administrator to support operations at a high-volume, fast-paced distribution environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be embedded on site, working closely with both our client and workforce to ensure a seamless and compliant operation.

About the Role

As the Onsite Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting workforce operations, acting as the key link between client leadership, our internal teams, and a large temporary workforce.

This role requires strong organisation, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to both people support and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support onboarding sessions
  • Drive worker integration and engagement on site
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture
  • Monitor attendance, breaks, and rotations
  • Act as the primary liaison between client managers, and temporary workers
  • Manage key administrative processes, including:
    • Rostering and scheduling
    • Attendance and timekeeping
    • Overtime and leave tracking
    • Payroll queries and reporting
  • Support performance management processes, including feedback, meetings, reviews, and conduct matters
  • Provide clear communication to workers regarding shifts, updates, and site expectations
  • Offer day-to-day pastoral and administrative support to the workforce
  • Assist with onboarding documentation, surveys, and pre-start compliance activities

About You

  • Previous experience in workforce coordination, recruitment, or site administration highly regarded
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage a diverse workforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working on-site in an operational/industrial setting
