The Role

In this position, you’ll take on a leading role managing Omni’s Power Platform environment, designing, building, and maintaining solutions that improve how the organisation works. You’ll develop applications, automations, and integrations across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

Your day-to-day will be hands-on, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical, well-designed solutions. From building apps and workflows to managing environments, data connections, and governance controls, you’ll play a key role in delivering efficient, low-friction tools that support our teams.

This role is not just about solution delivery, it’s about continuously improving how we use the Power Platform. You’ll identify opportunities to automate processes, enhance data visibility, and streamline operations, while contributing to platform governance, security, and best practices. Working within a small, collaborative ICT team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how the platform evolves and ensure it delivers real, measurable value across the business.
