About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Software Engineers to deliver innovative, high-quality software solutions within complex and secure environments.

In this role, you will:

• Take technical ownership across the full software development lifecycle
• Provide leadership and mentoring to other engineers
• Work on large-scale, mission-critical systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve challenging technical problems

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software applications and systems
• Lead software development activities and ensure alignment with standards, tools, and methodologies
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members
• Analyse and resolve highly complex technical issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver outcomes
• Review, evaluate, and improve software strategies, designs, and implementations
• Ensure solutions meet quality, security, and performance requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, policies, and standards

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior-level software engineering roles
• Strong proficiency across multiple programming languages
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
• Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Knowledge of development methodologies (e.g. Agile, DevOps)
• Experience with databases and SQL
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git)
• Ability to lead technical delivery and influence engineering outcomes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
