Seers Digital is an Australian Microsoft Solutions Partner working with government and enterprise clients across Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, and Data & AI.

We operate across QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC, with strong positioning in regulated industries such as utilities, transport, and public sector. Alongside our services business, we are also building a product-led offering focused on document automation and compliance.

We are now looking to grow our sales team with a mid-level Sales Executive focused on hunting new opportunities and building pipeline.

About The Role

This is a true business development (hunter) role focused on generating new opportunities, building relationships, and supporting deal outcomes.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Creating pipeline through outbound activity
  • Engaging both new and existing customers
  • Booking and running early-stage meetings
  • Working closely with senior consultants and leadership to progress deals

This role suits someone who enjoys being on the front line - picking up the phone, opening doors, and driving opportunities forward.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

Proactively Generate Pipeline Through

  • Cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Re-engaging existing customer relationships
  • Following up on leads and referrals
  • Identify and qualify new opportunities across government and enterprise

Client Engagement

  • Book and attend meetings with prospective clients
  • Work alongside senior consultants and pre-sales to shape solutions
  • Build rapport and maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders

Sales Execution

  • Drive opportunities through early-stage sales cycles
  • Maintain strong activity levels aligned to target outcomes
  • Support the progression of deals through to close

Collaboration

Work Closely With

  • Sales leadership
  • Pre-sales and delivery teams
  • Contribute to team-based selling and shared targets

Opportunity Support & Growth

  • Develop strong written communication skills to support proposals and bids (training provided)
  • Build knowledge of Microsoft solutions and IT services over time

About You

Experience & Background

  • 2–5+ years in a sales, business development, or account management role
  • Experience in IT services, Microsoft ecosystem, or technology sales is highly regarded
  • Exposure to B2B or government sales environments is a bonus
