Job Description
- Assist in the management of a shopping centre portfolio across Victoria Point, Richlands, Jindalee and Springfield, comprising approximately 120 tenants.
- You will support the Centre Manager by overseeing day to day administration, processing invoices and maintaining the overall presentation standards of the centres.
- Experience in retail, including customer service, store support or store management, will be highly beneficial in this role.
Who We Are Looking For
- Current QLD Real Estate Licence, or a willingness to obtain one with support provided.
- Demonstrated experience in retail or property management, ideally across multi site portfolios.
- Background in retail environments such as customer service, store management or administration will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage high volumes of tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with tenancy systems, compliance processes and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The role
Join Knight Frank’s national retail team as a Retail Manager, taking ownership of the administration, presentation and tenant engagement across two shopping centres with approximately 120 tenants. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless daily operations and delivering a positive experience for both retailers and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage retail administration and tenancy processes across multiple centres, ensuring compliance and high presentation standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving queries efficiently and building strong working relationships.
- Coordinate lease administration and compliance requirements including insurances and bank guarantees, ensuring accurate record keeping.
- Support marketing initiatives, tenant engagement activities and trading performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with facilities and portfolio managers to deliver smooth operations and achieve key performance outcomes.
