We're partnering with a globally recognised real assets investment manager to appoint a Real Estate Analyst into its Australian platform.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a commercially minded property professional to join a highly regarded institutional investment business and gain broad exposure across funds management, asset management, portfolio analytics and investment strategy.

Working alongside experienced Fund Managers, Asset Managers and investment professionals, you'll play a critical role in driving portfolio performance, supporting strategic decision-making and delivering high-quality investor outcomes.

The Opportunity

This is far more than a traditional analyst role.

You'll gain exposure across multiple facets of institutional real estate investing, providing analytical support and commercial insight across a diverse portfolio of assets and investment mandates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Analysing asset, fund and portfolio performance against investment objectives and benchmarks
• Supporting strategic asset planning, budgeting and business planning processes
• Maintaining and enhancing financial models, including DCF and valuation models
• Managing and reviewing external valuation processes
• Assisting with investor, board and performance reporting
• Supporting acquisitions, underwriting and transaction activities
• Conducting market research and investment analysis to support portfolio strategy
• Working closely with asset management, transactions, finance and ESG teams

About You

We're interested in speaking with ambitious property professionals looking to build a long-term career within institutional real estate investing.

• You may currently be working within: Property funds management, Asset management, Property investment, Valuations, Real estate advisory, Transactions, Investment analysis, Real estate private equity

You'll ideally bring:

• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Experience working with property cashflows, valuations and investment analysis
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling capability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and commercial acumen
• A genuine passion for real estate investing and portfolio performance
