Manager, Budget and Investment Strategy

THE ROLE
To lead the Budget and Investment Strategy Team with responsibility for developing Homes Victoria's budget strategy; drafting and co-ordinating the organisation's State Budget business cases for services and capital; capital investment cases for social housing and leading continuous improvement of the evidence base underpinning investment in Homes Victoria.
Accountabilities Include
- Develop Homes Victoria's Budget strategy, ensuring alignment with Homes Victoria's, Department of Families, Fairness and Housing's and Victorian Government's strategic objectives and which strategically improves and grows the social and affordable housing portfolio and homelessness services.
- Oversee the operation and improvement of the governance and processes to support Homes Victoria's participation in the Victorian State Government Budget process.
- Oversee the co-ordination of Homes Victoria's Budget business case development for services and capital, including providing capability development and support.
