PERSOL is excited to be partnering with our client, a leading Australian manufacturer, to recruit a Production Bill of Materials (BOM) Coordinator.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented manufacturing professional to join a growing business and play a key role in supporting production operations through the accurate creation, management and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings and product data to support manufacturing requirements.
  • Coordinate engineering changes, inventory requirements and procurement activities to ensure production schedules are achieved.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance BOM accuracy, efficiency and overall manufacturing performance.

About You

  • Experience managing BOMs within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, manufacturing processes and inventory management.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Infor ERP, Autodesk Inventor, Drafting or Production Planning will be highly regarded.
