An exciting opportunity has opened up within our growing Professional Services Dynamics 365 practice for a passionate and motived Microsoft Business Applications Support Specialist.

This role will largely focus on the delivery of operational support within the Microsoft Business Applications practice, engaging with a variety of customers to support their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.

In this role you will

  • Engage with clients to investigate and resolve support tickets relating to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, providing technical consultation and recommendations.
  • Deliver development solutions across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including server-side and client-side development, integrations, configuration, and data modelling.
  • Take ownership of the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform deployments, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Identify, design, and implement improvements to increase software functionality, performance, and efficiency.
  • Support customers in adopting Copilot and other AI initiatives.
  • Develop and execute testing plans, document outcomes, and investigate and resolve defects identified during testing.
  • Collaborate within a highly skilled team to deliver quality outcomes for customers.

About You

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform suite.
  • Experience in object-oriented programming design and development.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture across cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Experience with web-based integration technologies such as REST APIs, OData, and SSIS.
  • Experience with client-side web development technologies including JavaScript, CSS, AJAX, and jQuery.
  • Exposure to Copilot and other AI tools used in a business or development context.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in small teams to deliver client outcomes.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

What Key Qualifications, Certifications & Training will you need?

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification in an IT related discipline is desirable; and
  • Hold a Current Australian Department of Defence security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
