Associate Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a vibrant Associate Recruitment Consultant to contribute to the continued success of our Perth office. In this role, you will work alongside a senior consultant, providing high-level support and assisting in sourcing top-tier talent for the mining industry, whilst learning the role of a recruitment consultant.

This position offers the opportunity to learn from industry leaders and expand your skill set, with a focus on progressing your career in recruitment and providing you with all the tools you need to be successful.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with key clients to meet their skills demand on site
• Proactively networking to source quality candidate options
• Rolling out candidate attraction strategies for your priority roles
• Regular video interviews and developing "decision ready" candidates for clients
• Generating temp starters in the CRM (Bullhorn)
• Managing a contract portfolio and their safety compliance
• Assisting senior consultants with leads as they present

You'll need to have

• Previous experience in a sales, customer service, retail, or recruitment role
• Strong IT skills & advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook knowledge
• Strong desire to excel in the recruitment industry
• Have an eye for detail and know how to work and think outside of the box
• A high level of initiative and drive
• An outgoing and bubbly personality
• High level of professionalism and a strong work ethic
