As we launch our new Talent Delivery Centre in Brisbane, we're looking for Talent Sourcers to join our team. Prior recruitment or technology experience is not required. We hire based on motivation, curiosity and alignment with our team culture.

This role is focused on identifying, engaging and building relationships with technology professionals across the market. You'll help create and maintain talent pipelines, build candidate communities and provide market intelligence that supports our business.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain talent pipelines across key technology skill sets.
• Source and identify technology professionals through networking, research and market mapping.
• Conduct candidate outreach and screening conversations.
• Build and maintain candidate communities and talent ecosystems.
• Develop relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and market intelligence.
• Partner with Recruiters and Account Managers to support business needs.
• Develop knowledge of technology markets, skills and industry trends.
