As a Research Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping leadership across industries. Working alongside Partners, you’ll support some of the country’s most significant executive appointments - assignments that influence the future of major organisations.
This is more than an administrative role. You’ll conduct market mapping, prepare candidate insights, and contribute to strategic projects that matter.
What you’ll do
- Conduct in-depth market research and talent mapping for executive roles.
- Prepare high-quality candidate reports and client-ready documents.
- Collaborate with Partners in client meetings and interviews with senior executives.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to thought leadership projects.
- Coordinate team meetings and ensure seamless execution of assignments.

What you’ll bring
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written communication and attention to detail, with proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering quality outcomes at pace.
- Professionalism, energy, and a passion for working as part of a high-performing team.
