About The Opportunity
We're looking for someone with a genuine eye for style and a passion for helping people transform their homes. Whether it's selecting the perfect statement piece, styling a living space, or offering practical design advice, you'll play an important part in creating an exceptional customer experience. You'll work with customers who value quality, design and personalised service, building relationships and helping bring their vision to life.
What We're Looking For
- A natural flair for interiors, styling or design
- Experience in retail sales, homewares, furniture, fashion, design or a customer-focused environment
- Someone who loves building relationships and creating memorable experiences
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with a wide range of customers
- A positive, energetic and professional approach
- Availability to work 18 hours per week across 3 days, including every Saturday
