Working closely with Account Directors, you’ll support the smooth Implementation of campaigns and help maintain strong execution quality, ensuring consistent outcomes for both clients and the business.

In practice this looks like

  • Acting as a reliable first point of contact once bookings are confirmed, helping keep communication clear and coordinated.
  • Bringing campaigns to life by managing material instructions accurately and making sure every detail is ready to go.
  • Working closely with internal teams across promotions, talent and sales to deliver campaigns in a joined-up, collaborative way.
  • Contributing to trade and partner events, from helping coordinate logistics to managing guest lists and supporting team presence on the day.
