The company is delivering a major global Product Lifecycle Management (cPLM) transformation, and we're looking for an early-career Analyst to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in how products are formulated, developed, and scaled within a global business.

About The Role

As an R&D cPLM Analyst, you will support the design, build, and rollout of new product development processes and systems across the company. This position will be for a duration of 12 months with a review there after.

You will work closely with global and regional teams across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, and Digital, gaining exposure to both global programme design and local deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support analysis of formulation and product development processes
  • Gather business requirements and translate into user stories
  • Assist with system testing, defect tracking, and validation
  • Develop training materials and user support documentation
  • Support system deployment and go-live activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed new ways of working
  • Contribute to data quality and compliant product development processes

Requirments

  • Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, Biology, IT or similar
  • Must have a background in Food Science or a closely related field is essential for this role.
  • 0-2 years' experience in R&D, product development, lab, quality or technical roles
  • Strong interest in how products are developed and scaled
  • Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Comfortable working across global teams and time zones
  • Must be willing to travel to Regional office at least once a week at the employees expense. Regional travel will occur once you have settled in the role.
  • You will need have some flexible evening availability, balanced with daytime hours. The role envolves working across EU, US timezones.
