ABOUT THE ROLE

A rare opportunity for a talented Senior FP&A Analyst to take a step up into this FP&A Manager role, partnering with key stakeholders and supporting key growth opportunities.

DUTIES

• Coordinating the annual budget and rolling forecasts, building bottom-up models that reflect real business drivers
• Preparing management, executive, and board reporting packs with clear, commercial commentary
• Partnering with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, support decision-making, and drive revenue growth initiatives
• Providing cash flow and working capital analysis in a daily cash-focused environment
• Contributing to lender and investor reporting at PE-standard
• Developing and improving reporting and analysis tools as the team builds towards best-in-class FP&A

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• CA / CPA qualified
• Solid FP&A background with demonstrated experience delivering value-added commercial insights
• M&A or TS background is highly regarded
• Strong modeller and communicator — you can build it and you can present it
• Commercially minded self-starter who thrives with autonomy and shifting priorities
• Exposure to cash flow, working capital, or corporate finance is a real plus
• Strong BI skills and a continuous improvement mindset
