WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Senior Sales Agent, you will take full ownership of the sales process, managing high-value listings and working directly with high-net-worth clients.

You will:

  • Manage end-to-end sales campaigns for premium residential properties
  • Build and maintain relationships with high and ultra high net worth clients
  • Conduct appraisals, listing presentations, and negotiations
  • Drive new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Deliver a high-touch, personalised client experience
  • Work closely with buyers, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the sales lifecycle
  • Maintain and grow a strong personal database and referral network
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…..

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a standalone Sales Agent
  • Proven track record in residential real estate sales
  • Experience working with high to ultra-high-net-worth clients
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills across high-value transactions
  • Confidence operating within a luxury property environment
  • Strong personal brand, professionalism, and presentation
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Class 1 Real Estate Licence (NSW)
  • Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Full working rights in Australia

IT’S NICE TO HAVE….

  • Experience working with international buyers
  • Existing network within luxury or prestige property markets
  • Strong database of high-value clients and referrals
