The Role
This is a high-impact, execution-critical contract for a hands-on Finance Systems Implementation Manager to step in and complete an in-flight enterprise Jedox planning and reporting system implementation within a six-month timeframe.
Operating at the intersection of Finance, Technology and Data, you will take full ownership of the final phase of system delivery, ensuring Jedox is configured, validated and successfully deployed into business-as-usual operations.
This is not a strategy role, this is a hands-on implementation mandate where success is defined by your ability to drive execution, resolve system and data challenges, and ensure the platform is fully embedded to support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and business performance across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end delivery of the Jedox implementation through to go-live and BAU transition
- Driving hands-on execution across system configuration, UAT, data validation and issue resolution
- Managing project timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations
- Leading data migration, validation and reconciliation across source systems and Jedox
- Implementing and enhancing budgeting, forecasting and planning models within the system
- Partnering with Finance, Technology and external implementation partners to maintain delivery momentum
- Facilitating workshops, training and user adoption initiatives
- Establishing governance frameworks, documentation and processes to support long-term system ownership
The Candidate
You are a hands-on finance systems professional with a proven track record of delivering planning and reporting platforms in complex, multi-entity environments.
You bring:
- Demonstrated experience implementing EPM or planning systems such as Jedox, TM1, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Board, OneStream or similar
- A strong execution mindset with experience owning implementation outcomes, including UAT, data migration, issue resolution and go-live
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes
- Experience across ERP, planning tools and data environments, with a solid understanding of integrations and data flows
- Strong grounding in data governance, controls and financial data integrity
- A hands-on, problem-solving approach with the ability to operate in both detail and at a high level
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across Finance, Technology and business teams
- Experience working with external vendors and implementation partners
CA or CPA qualification and direct Jedox experience are highly regarded, though not essential for candidates with relevant platform experience.
