• CBD offices – 4 days in the office
• $130K + Super + Uncapped Commissions (OTE circa $180K+)

We’re looking for a proven Sydney media sales professional to join one of Australia’s leading digital & content place-based media companies.

If you know the Holdco’s and Indies market, can build genuine agency relationships, and enjoy selling smart integrated solutions - we’d love to speak with you.

The Role

Reporting to the State Sales Director; the successful candidate will focus on developing a quality sales pipeline to achieve the company’s ambitious goals for advertising and sponsored content across its assets, and will be a key player in:

• Developing and executing a channel strategy
• Developing sales collateral and 'go to market' approach
• Contributing to data and insights and developing commercial strategies around these
• Developing tailored solutions and responses for sales proposals
• Developing successful agency engagement strategies in liaison with other states / markets.

Who this suits

Strong preference for candidates with current or recent agency sales experience across Holdco’s and/or Independent agencies here in Sydney:

• 4+ years successful track record in selling to Holdco or Indies agencies here in NSW
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Outstanding relationship builder and ongoing management skills
• The ability to generate data and insights from campaigns
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
