Digital Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Global company in retail for a talented Digital Marketing Manager.
In this role you will lead, execute digital marketing strategies across performance and owned channels.
This key role combines strategic leadership with hands-on campaign execution and team mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing Leadership: Develop and optimise paid media strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and affiliate networks. Manage budgets, bidding, and campaign performance to maximise ROI.
- Owned Social & Content Strategy: Lead social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance. Oversee content calendars, community engagement, influencer partnerships, and creative storytelling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing on strategic direction, campaign priorities, and budget planning.
- Partner with eCommerce, retail store Operations for seamless online-offline integration.
- Align messaging and visual identity with Creative, Content, and Brand teams.
- Support product marketing campaigns alongside Merchandising.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Finance teams to monitor campaign effectiveness and digital spend.
- Agency & Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with digital media agencies to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns.
- Work with CRM and email platform vendors (e.g., Salesforce, Klaviyo) to deliver lifecycle marketing programs.
- Coordinate with performance media partners and external creative and production vendors.
- Maintain communication with social platform representatives to explore channel innovations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Analytics & Innovation: Track KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and engagement rates. Report on performance and pilot new tactics, including AI and emerging digital platforms.
- Business Acumen You are expected to bring in your experience and expertise in Australian retail market, ideally within Fashion, apparel, personal care/beauty.

- Proven experience leading digital marketing strategies in retail or consumer brands.
- Expertise in paid media, programmatic advertising, and social media management.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Data-driven with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
