About The Landings

LDK Seniors Living’s luxury village, The Landings, is sprawled over 11.87-hectares in North Turramurra, on Sydney’s upper north shore. The village neighbours the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park, is near Lady Davidson Private Hospital, and is a short drive to the North Turramurra golf course, bowling club, cafes and shops. The Landings comprises 220 architecturally designed one, two and three -bedroom villas and apartments. LDK creates a true sense of belonging, community, and vibrancy for residents through a variety of group activities and hospitality events. On-site facilities include an arts and craft room, gymnasium and heated indoor pool. The clubhouse amenities include The Hangar Cafe & Bar, a fireplace lounge area, a pool room, a dedicated theatre space, and a 200-seat function space.

About the role

This is a unique national leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong funding expertise with a passion for service excellence, quality outcomes, and supporting village teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

This role is responsible for leading care funding strategy and oversight across multiple government funding streams, strengthening compliance, and partnering with operational teams to optimise care delivery, funding integrity, and continuous improvement. You will be a trusted subject matter expert, coach, and strategic partner across the organisation.

This is a highly collaborative role focused on improving funding integrity while supporting high-quality care outcomes across our communities.

Role responsibilities

  • Operational & Strategic: Lead care funding practices across LDK, aligning clinical care with regulatory requirements and funding outcomes. Partner with Village Care teams and Finance to optimise funding performance and support audit readiness.
  • Quality & Compliance: Support compliance with the Aged Care Act, Quality Standards and funding frameworks. Contribute to audit readiness and continuous improvement, ensuring accurate documentation and funding practices
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with Village Care teams, Finance and external stakeholders. Provide coaching to strengthen funding, documentation and compliance capability.
  • Culture and Leadership: Role model LDK's values while fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Support team capability through coaching and practical guidance.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

  • Strong understanding of Home Care funding structures and aged care regulatory frameworks
  • Relevant qualifications in aged care, health, business, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in aged care funding (including AN-ACC) or financial/operational management
  • Clinical qualifications and current AHPRA registration are desirable but not essential
  • Experience in compliance, quality, or governance within the aged care or health sector
  • Demonstrated capability in coaching and developing clinical teams
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining contemporary knowledge and skills
