Title: Salesforce Technical Lead
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and drive the successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, architecture, integrations, and cloud technologies, along with proven experience leading Salesforce teams and complex implementations. The role involves architecting scalable and secure solutions, mentoring developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Agentforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams, ensuring technical excellence and best practice implementation.
- Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce project delivery including development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce standards for Apex, LWC, Visualforce, integrations, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and resolve complex issues.
Skills Required
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, integrations, security best practices, and CI/CD DevOps processes.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce, including Agentforce POCs, along with Salesforce certifications like Platform Developer I and Agentforce Specialist/Innovator.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities with experience leading Salesforce projects.
