Job Summary-

We are looking for a hands-on IAM Technical Consultant (C1 Band) to support the Client. This role focuses on technical leadership (non-people management) combined with strong hands-on operational support across IAM platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for incident resolution, problem management, and platform stability and proactive service improvement while acting as a SME on key IAM technologies.

Required Skills (Must Have)-

• CyberArk PAM (Vault, CPM, PSM, PSMP, CCP, Onboarding, Troubleshooting)
• SailPoint IIQ / ISC (provisioning, aggregation, workflows, integrations)
• Production support / BAU IAM environments
• Handling priority incidents and MIM calls
• ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
