Pega Project Manager
A Pega Project Manager leads delivery of projects built on the Pega platform (BPM/CRM), ensuring successful implementation of case management, workflow automation, and customer engagement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of Pega-based projects
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and developers
- Plan sprints, timelines, and resource allocation (Agile/Scrum)
- Ensure alignment with Pega best practices and architecture
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies
- Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment
- Drive stakeholder communication and reporting
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Pega BPM / PRPC platform
- Project management methodologies ( Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project
- Stakeholder & vendor management
- Risk and budget management
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
Certifications (Preferred)
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
