About the opportunity
As Property Manager, you’ll play an important role in managing a national portfolio with care, discipline and a strong customer focus. You’ll help deliver quality outcomes for tenant customers, support strong financial performance, and contribute to Charter Hall’s strategy of creating long-term value through active asset management and trusted partnerships.
How you’ll make an impact
- Lead day-to-day property operations across the portfolio, ensuring assets are managed safely, efficiently and in line with Charter Hall standards.
- Build strong relationships with tenant customers, internal teams and external partners to deliver better outcomes and create long-term value.
- Own key financial deliverables, including budgets, forecasts, monthly P&L reporting and expense management, supporting disciplined portfolio performance.
- Drive opportunities to improve Net Operating Income by identifying risks, unlocking value and keeping close to market, competitor and trade area trends.
- Champion customer service, compliance and sustainability outcomes, helping deliver quality places that support our tenant customers, investors and communities.
What you’ll bring to the team
- Future focused capabilities including self-awareness, resilience, agility and generosity.
- An ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills, initiative and an ability to prioritise.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management.
- Strong customer and people management skills and be knowledgeable in local industry/market trends in retail/property.
- Tertiary degree qualified in a business or property related discipline preferred.
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and reforecasting and be able to deliver accurate and timely reports with written clarity.
- Proven ability to lead, assist and direct a motivated team to deliver objectives.
- Experienced use of property management accounting systems and procedures.
- A current driver’s license is required for the role.
