The Opportunity
We are partnering with a highly regarded and well-established family office with a sophisticated investment platform and diversified portfolio across asset classes and geographies.
Reporting to the Head of Investments, the Performance Analyst will play a key role in managing portfolio data, delivering insightful performance reporting, and supporting end-to-end investment operations. This is a hands-on role offering strong exposure across portfolio analytics, reporting, and implementation activities within a high-performing team.
This opportunity is well suited to an analytically strong candidate looking to deepen their experience across investment performance and operations in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Produce performance, attribution, exposure, liquidity, and benchmark reporting
- Maintain portfolio, transaction, and valuation data ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders
- Develop and enhance reporting dashboards and analytics outputs
Investment Operations
- Manage investment implementation including subscriptions, redemptions, and documentation
- Support trade execution, settlement, and account management activities
- Coordinate with external managers, administrators, and service providers
- Ensure efficient execution across the investment portfolio
Data Management & Systems
- Maintain and improve portfolio data within investment systems (e.g. Addepar)
- Drive enhancements across reporting tools, processes, and data quality
- Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Governance & Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist with audit, compliance, and governance requirements
- Liaise with investment managers, administrators, and internal stakeholders
- Support broader team initiatives and ad hoc projects as required
Key Requirements
- 2-3 years’ experience in investment operations, performance reporting, or analytics
- Strong analytical capability with high attention to detail
- Experience with portfolio reporting and performance measurement
- Exposure to portfolio management systems (Addepar or similar) highly regarded
- Advanced Excel and quantitative skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative approach with the ability to work autonomously
- Genuine interest in investments and financial markets
