Troocoo is partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint a MarTech Lead to join their growing Digital and Marketing function.
This is a newly elevated role sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, and Data. You'll be responsible for shaping the MarTech roadmap, ensuring platforms and systems work together effectively, and driving technology investments that support lead generation, customer growth, and commercial performance.
Working closely with Marketing, Data, Technology, and Executive stakeholders, you'll play a key role in connecting strategy, platforms, and business outcomes across a complex enterprise environment.
About the Role
You'll lead MarTech strategy, platform optimisation, vendor management, and integration initiatives, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value while supporting marketing and business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the MarTech roadmap aligned to business and marketing objectives.
- Lead technology stack reviews, identifying optimisation, consolidation, and ROI opportunities.
- Partner with Data and Technology teams to drive platform integration and data connectivity initiatives.
- Define business and technical requirements for new platform implementations and enhancements.
- Oversee vendor evaluations, procurement activities, contract renewals, and commercial negotiations.
- Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and platform adoption strategies.
- Monitor platform performance, attribution accuracy, and technology investment outcomes.
- Deliver reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders on MarTech performance and ROI.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure marketing technology supports lead generation, customer acquisition, and growth objectives.
About you
- 10+ years' experience across Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Strong experience managing and optimising enterprise MarTech stacks within complex organisations.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce environments, marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience leading MarTech implementations, platform migrations, and integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, platform connectivity, and customer data management principles.
- Experience partnering with Data, Technology, and Marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Proven ability to connect technology decisions with commercial outcomes including lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of an organisation.
