Our client is a women's accessories brand that celebrates the inherent power of women. They offer products crafted with meaningful stories and premium materials, sourced from Fair Trade Organisations that support economically disadvantaged communities.

After experiencing huge growth with more store openings on the horizon, they are now seeking an Boutique Manager to oversee this brand new location. Reporting into the Cluster Manager and General Manager, you’ll work side by side with the wider team to deliver strong commercial results while bringing the brand’s culture to life. This is a true lead-from-the-front role, combining in-store coaching and inspiration with oversight of performance and smooth daily store operations.

Location: Westfield Chermside

Salary: $70k + super

Roster: Monday to Friday

Start: 1st September

RESPONSIBILITIES +

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflow.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, driving customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage retail loss prevention strategies to minimise shrinkage and maintain store security.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales targets.
• Handle inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales analytics to optimise store performance.

REQUIREMENTS +

• 3 years minimum of retail management experience in fashion and accessories
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and excellent service delivery
• Strong communication skills for engaging with customers, staff, and vendors
• Familiarity with retail loss prevention strategies
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales associates with strong leadership qualities
• Effective organisational skills including inventory management, scheduling, and sales analytics
• Exceptional time management and problem-solving abilities
