ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Customer Experience & Warehouse Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Marrickville. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints while supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse and fulfilment functions.

As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you will play a key role in building customer loyalty, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the Manning Cartell brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Experience

• First point of contact for all enquiries via phone, email, live chat and other communication channels

• Provide exceptional customer experience by resolving enquiries, delivery issues, returns, exchanges, and product-related concerns

• Build rapport with new and existing customers through personalised and efficient service

• Liaise with customers regarding order updates, delays, and fulfilment issues

Warehouse Operations

• Perform daily receiving, put-away, picking, packing.

• Ensure timely processing and despatch of retail, wholesale and ecommerce

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised

• Support online and physical warehouse sales

Inventory and Quality Control

• Maintain accurate inventory levels across all warehouse locations

• Assist with regular stock audits and minimise discrepancies

• Investigate stock variances across retail, warehouses and non-sale areas

• Conduct QC on all stock entering and leaving the warehouse

• Oversee repairs and maintain high product standards

ABOUT YOU

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Confident working in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused

• Comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple teams

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences

• Experienced in warehouse, fulfilment, logistics, customer service, or retail operations (highly favoured)

• Familiar with Gorgias, Harmony, Shopify, Shippit, ReturnGo, or similar systems.
