Project Officer (Smartsheet)

Hybrid- 3 days onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced proficiency in designing and developing Smartsheet solutions, including complex formulas, cross-sheet linking, and roll-up reporting.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and PPM tracking frameworks.
• Strong capability in managing data across multiple sheets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and effective data relationships.
• Hands-on experience using Smartsheet as a Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tool for tracking delivery, milestones, risks, and financials.
• Demonstrated ability to develop executive-level dashboards and portfolio visibility reports.
• Experience in creating and delivering governance reporting, including presentation packs, insights, and performance updates.
• Proven ability to collaborate with project managers, program managers, and senior stakeholders to enhance governance maturity and reporting consistency.
• Experience in training and upskilling junior team members and stakeholders on Smartsheet, governance frameworks, and reporting best practices.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver demos and showcase Smartsheet capabilities effectively.

Required Skills

• Advanced Smartsheet expertise (Mandatory) – including formulas, dashboards, reporting, and automation.
• Strong experience in data linking and sheet management.
• Ability to train, mentor, and support team members in Smartsheet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Strong Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced).

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to PMO environments and governance frameworks.
• Experience using Smartsheet for portfolio/project tracking.
