Skills & Traits We’re Looking For

  • Proven consistent experience in winning and delivering technical recruitment solutions
  • Strong business development and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
  • Confidence in engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A genuine interest in supporting the Public Sector and driving positive community outcomes
  • Ambition to deliver exceptional results
  • Not essential but experience across NSW State Gov perm or the Not for Profit / For Purpose sector would be favourable
