$1,000-$1,200 per day + super

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a leading global organisation to appoint an experienced Senior Change Management Lead to drive a significant enterprise-wide transformation programme.

In this role, you'll develop and execute the change strategy for a complex operating model transformation, partnering with senior leaders to deliver lasting business outcomes across multiple regions and divisions. You'll also lead a team of Change Managers and play a key role in embedding new ways of working across the organisation.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale business and operating model transformation
• Strong background delivering change within complex, matrixed organisations
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills
• Experience building change strategies, impact assessments, communications, and adoption plans
• Previous leadership experience managing or mentoring change professionals

Highly Regarded

• Insurance, banking, or financial services experience
• Prosci, APMG, or similar change certifications
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments
