Essential Criteria:

• Experience leading complex network infrastructure programs in secure or mission critical environments
• Demonstrated capability in network design assurance, deployment sequencing, and multi site delivery
• Strong understanding of enterprise wired/wireless technologies, switching standards, and physical infrastructure requirements
• Ability to develop technical procurement documentation and support PGPA aligned approvals
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across government agencies and operational environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage risks, resolve technical issues, and maintain delivery momentum
• Experience coordinating service partners, cabling vendors, and specialist contractors

Desirable criteria

• Familiarity with Commonwealth governance frameworks (ICT assurance, change control)
