Contract Administrator

An exciting opportunity is available for a couple of experienced Contracts Administrators to join a well-established construction business delivering a pipeline of industrial projects across Brisbane.

Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery through contract administration, procurement coordination, cost control, variations management, and stakeholder engagement.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day operations of projects and can confidently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administration of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders
• Procurement coordination and subcontractor engagement
• Progress claims, payment schedules, and contract compliance
• Variations, change management, and contract registers
• Cost tracking, forecasting, and project reporting
• Document control and project administration
• Liaising with Project Managers, Site Teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Supporting project delivery from pre-construction through to completion

About You

• Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator, Commercial Administrator, Project Administrator, or similar
• Exposure to construction, industrial, infrastructure, or related project environments
• Strong understanding of procurement and subcontractor management
• Experience managing claims, variations, and project documentation
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using Procore and Microsoft Project will be highly regarded
