Position: Technical Support Specialist (Level 1)

Backup247 Australia is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to support our growing cloud backup and disaster recovery operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 technical support to customers

- Troubleshoot backup, storage, cloud, and connectivity issues

- Support customer onboarding and account management

- Monitor storage usage and service health

- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers

- Contribute to documentation and process improvement

Requirements

- Strong spoken and written English

- Basic understanding of Windows, networking, storage, and troubleshooting

- Customer service mindset

- Fast learner with strong problem-solving ability

- IT Helpdesk or Service Desk experience is a plus
