An exciting opportunity for an experienced Events & Logistics Officer to join a high-performing organisation supporting stakeholder engagement, communications and event delivery.
Your new role
As the Events & Logistics Officer, you will provide essential administrative and logistical support for internal and external events, engagement activities and stakeholder programme:
- Coordinating event logistics, including venue bookings, travel, accommodation, catering and equipment requirements.
- Preparing event and meeting materials and supporting event delivery.
- Maintaining event tracking systems and managing information within Microsoft Dynamics.
- Assisting with procurement and financial administration, including invoice processing and supplier management.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with information management requirements.
- Supporting stakeholder engagement activities through survey administration and reporting.
- Responding to enquiries and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:
- 2-3 years of experience in events coordination, logistics or administration.
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
- High attention to detail and strong record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
