The Club Services & Heritage department at the MCC is responsible for providing a high quality of service to approximately 157,000 Melbourne Cricket Club Members as well as patrons of the MCG.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Membership Services Manager to join this team on a 14-month fixed-term parental leave cover basis. Reporting to the Executive Manager – Member & Guest Experiences, this role leads the Club Services team in delivering exceptional membership experiences across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities include

  • Lead, roster and manage the Membership Services Coordinator and Club Services Representatives, including performance management, coaching, recognition and development

  • Oversee day-to-day membership administration, including processing of applications, renewals, upgrades, transfers and cancellations via Affinity and other membership systems
  • Lead quality assurance monitoring across member communication channels including phone, email, live chat and in-person service
  • Prepare and present regular service performance reports and operational recommendations to the Executive Manager – Member & Guest Experiences

This role is well suited to a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable coaching a team as they are managing systems and overseeing large-scale match day operations. Demonstrated experience in a membership, customer service or operations management role is essential, along with proven leadership skills, strong data literacy and familiarity with ticketing platforms and CRM systems.

Flexibility is required, as availability for event day duties on weeknights, public holidays and weekends is essential.
