Family Enrolments Officer

Macquarie Park OR Brisbane Support Office| Full time | Hybrid (3 days office)

About the Role

As a Family Enrolments Officer , you’ll be the first point of connection for families beginning their Journey. You’ll play a key role in shaping their experience—supporting enquiries, coordinating tours, and guiding families through the enrolment process.

Working closely with our Centre Leadership Teams, you’ll help drive occupancy while ensuring every interaction is warm, professional, and aligned to our values.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responding to family enquiries via phone, email and online platforms

Building authentic connections with families and understanding their needs

Booking and coordinating tours with our centres across VIC, QLD and NT.

Preparing centres for successful tours and ensuring a seamless experience

Following up with families post-tour to support enrolment decisions

Managing enrolment documentation and maintaining accurate records

Partnering with centres to support occupancy and waitlist management

Contributing to continuous improvement across enrolment processes and family experience

About You

You’re someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating positive experiences.

You’ll bring

Experience in customer service, enrolments, sales support or administration

Strong communication skills and confidence across phone and digital channels

A natural ability to build trust and influence with warmth and professionalism

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Experience with CRM systems (desirable, not essential)

A current and valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
